Story: When Leontine sees a crowd using a hand-crank generator to power some electrical pads, she instantly knows she must have this potential torture device. After she uses the machine to shock its previous owners, she absconds with the generator and begins a reign of terror. Is anyone safe from Leontine and her electric shock machine or has she finally gone too far with her antics?

Entertainment Value: This five minute short more than delivers on the premise, as the entire duration is watching Leontine electrocute various groups of people. There is some technical achievement here, with Leontine in real time while her victims are being sped up to comical levels. The result looks quite good and I think the use of the visual trickery adds more curio value here. But the real draw is Leontine, who shows her usual high level of glee at causing problems for others. While this is a one joke short, her enthusiasm and performance ensure it remains humorous throughout.
